Hello!

We are an International Mixed Ultimate Frisbee Team based in Kyoto, Japan. Our members span a wide range of age, skill level, experience, and nationality. We practice weekly on Saturdays or Sundays in Kyoto or Osaka, new members including beginners and drop-ins are welcome!

What is Ultimate Frisbee?

Ultimate Frisbee, or officially Ultimate, is a non-contact team sport using a flying disc (which many call Frisbee).

The basic rules are simple and easy to learn: no-running with the disc, pass the disc to move up the field, catch in the end zone to score. However, the simple rules lead to a diverse set of playing styles and strategies. Ultimate is a self-officiated sport, so no referees or umpires on the field. The players resolve their own disputes and there is a strong emphasis on “Spirit Of The Game.” It is also a rare team sport where all genders can play on the field at the same time.Ultimate is one of the fastest growing sports in the world and there is even talks about making it an Olympic Sport! Tournaments are held around the world and the community is friendly and open minded.
